Born-Free Generation?

Students at Higher education Institutions from 2013 onwards are often known as the “born free” generation, yet little is known about the intergenerational trauma that may have been passed on from their parents. This section aims to investigates: How do legal, political and psychoanalytic perspectives following trauma operate together?; What kinds of apologies  after political violence achieve reconciliation and what are the limitations of them?; How do these questions translate into our work as researchers, teachers, managers at HEIs?
